This website and the application process. If your business becomes a Levric tenant, a separate service agreement governs the product, and it wins over anything here.
The site is for learning about Levric and applying for access. Do not probe it, scrape it at volume, or misrepresent who you are in an application. We may decline or close applications that do.
Submitting an application does not create an obligation on either side. We review, we respond honestly, and either of us can walk away before a service agreement is signed. Information you submit is handled as the privacy page describes.
The text, design and product imagery on this site belong to Levric. Quote it with attribution; do not pass it off as yours. The product demos on this site depict the real product with example data; the businesses shown are illustrative, not client records.
The site describes the product as it is today, honestly, but it is not advice for your business and not a contract. What Levric commits to a tenant lives in the service agreement, where commitments belong.
Any figures the application shows you are estimated ranges, worked out from your own answers. They are not a quote and not a promise. We confirm the real numbers with you on the call. Nothing the site calculates binds either of us.
To the extent Singapore law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. This clause does not limit anything a service agreement later takes responsibility for, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and Singapore’s courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them. The contracting entity is Levric Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202625219H), Singapore.
Same rule as the privacy page: the date changes when the terms change, and material changes are called out plainly.
